AmpliForm® is a product line with gratings and nets produced from aluminium profiles, developed by Normeka AS. By using a method of cutting and stretching aluminium profiles, we create products with very good strength-to-weight ratio. As aluminium naturally has very good resistance to corrosion, the only reason for painting, or using other types of coating, is purely aesthetic.

Applications

AmpliForm® gratings are typically used for walkways, platforms and stairs. The walkway to the right is installed at a Norwegian hydro power plant, using an AmpliForm® net in the fence. Due to the materials good resistance to corrosion, Ampliform® products are well-suited for installations in demanding environments, for example offshore or seaside applications.
